RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 30 days return policy. You must notify us within the first three days after you receive the item if there is any problem with it. Please note: Any returned items must be deemed faulty for you to be eligible for our free returns policy. Any returned items deemed not faulty will be subject to a return charge of £3.50.

All items purchased must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered and in their original packaging. They cannot have been assembled and disassembled.

ALL OUR ITEMS COME WITH A WARRANTY STICKER LABEL IF THIS STICKER IS REMOVED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS.

When sending a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
