Packing & Shipment :

I safely, carefully & highly protect the books, games, miniatures, cards & games accessories I send : packed in bubble wrap (doubled at the corners) & double cardboard. The packet is tightly closed & secured with adhesive scotch tape.I take pictures of every step of the preparation, which proves the perfect sending state.

If you receive a damaged packet, its the freight carriers fault.Please take pictures of the parcel and open it in front of the freight carrier, to check if the book/game are not damaged.If you dont do that way, I wont be able to accept any claim.
